OTTP Youth Center: Due to funding received through the Los Angeles County Workforce Investment Act, OTTP offers youth a drop-in Youth Center. 

The OTTP Youth Center offers training classes, special community outings, support groups, and leisure activities after school, in the evenings, and on the weekends.  A fully equipped computer lab is provided, as well as three private counseling rooms, a recreation room and two classrooms. 

Ultimately, the OTTP Youth Center functions as a safe haven for the youth.
