Answer all the operator's questions (location and description of person), and do not hang up. Police or an ambulance will arrive at the location, make sure everyone is safe and take the necessary steps to get help. 

When you call, you will hear an automated message with options while your call is being connected to a trained crisis worker. You may hear some music too. The trained worker will listen to you, understand how your problem is affecting you, and get you the help you need.
