Founded in 1975, the Occupational Therapy Training Program (OTTP) serves at-risk, economically disadvantaged youth and families throughout Los Angeles. The division was founded and continues to thrive on the principles of Occupational Therapy, which emphasize that by engaging in meaningful and purposeful activity, individuals can develop the skills they need to function most optimally in everyday life.

The mission of the Occupational Therapy Training Program is to provide young people with the skills they need to function effectively within the context of daily life.
