Mental Health Specialist​

 

Under the direction of Occupational Therapy Manager, Mental Health Specialist will be responsible for providing Intensive Care Coordination (ICC) services including facilitation of assessments, care planning and coordination of services with other systems, guided by the needs of the child or youth. Coordinates and facilitates and schedules staff and family engagement meetings. Mental Health Specialist may provide mental health services such as, individual rehabilitation. The Mental Health Specialist is required to fulfill the 24/7 on-call responsibilities as per agency policy and crisis phone rotation.

Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
